So my life has been a pretty intersting ride so far. over the years so many changes so many things never chaged. but i always held on, not vary well all the time. i had my ups and downs over the years. but now that it feels like this all over. i know that somting new and great is always comming.
we grow different and stronger every year in ower lives but what we have to rember is to always believe that we can. be cause no matter what you think you cant do. if you put your mind to it you can.

i usto think that every think was my falt. and sometimes it was but i know now that i cant hold my self hostage for every bad thing that happens around me. neather can you.

under pressure anyone can crack. but the best thing to do is to slow down and let your self know that your not going to give up. you can keep pushing. even if it where to take forever
